The consultation is simply a chance to meet, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. There is absolutely no pressure to continue afterwards. You can book one here.

That is very normal. You don’t need to feel ready in every part of yourself. The first step is simply to meet, ask questions and see whether the approach feels right. IFS is a gentle yet powerful model and we go at your pace.

Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong or what I want to work on before booking?

Accepted Answer

No. Many people come because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, self-critical or caught in repeating patterns. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or even where to begin.

Yes. I offer Internal Family Systems sessions online, working with clients from the UK and internationally.

I work with individual adults aged 18 and over.

What do I need for an online session?

Accepted Answer

A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone are all that’s needed. If possible, use a wired connection, or if you’re using Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong signal. Many people also find headphones helpful for added privacy.
